"To home owners seeking to do a short sale with their property.  There are different reasons that home owners may choose to short sale their homes.  In our case, we had a loss of income due to salary cutbacks and a job my wife had to quit because she was diagnosed with cancer.  Decision:  Sell the house.  The challenge: Soft market.  So we interviewed five potential real estate agents for the job of selling our home.  Out of the five, we considered three.  Out of the three, the one my wife and I chose with the task of selling our home was Joe Caltabellotta.  "Joe Cal" is kind hearted and always gave us his best in our endeavor to do a short sale.  Joe is knowledgable, professional, and pays attention to the detail in the short sale process.  To put it simply, he's an expert.
